IDEA

Problem
After getting the survey results about the recognition. It was clear that the employees were not feeling recognized for their contributions and the satisfaction index had gone down drastically for the quarter 3 of 2018.  

Solution
We brain stormed and came up with the idea of designing and developing a rewards and recognition platform that would be unique to every individual. The idea was to customize the platform for every individual celebrating the uniqueness they bring to the organization.

Qualitative Interviews

User research was the key. It was of utmost importance to understand the pain areas and layout a solution specifically targeted towards those resolutions . In order to achieve that, I conducted interviews and gathered as much as I could from the end users. This helped in understanding the challenges they face and how they see themselves feeling more rewarded.

When ever I receive an appreciation from the client or stakeholder it is only shared with me over salesforce in the assignment and my team remains unaware of my achievements.

Conceptualization

I started creating the information architecture and low-fi concepts for primary use cases. After having an approval from the Site leaders and Stakeholders on the mockups, we began to conducting usability tests with the low-fidelity mockups and conducted surveys to gather more feedbacks. Once we had confidence in the design, we began developing the platform.
